Early Access Programme

By applying to or participating in the Hospitality Flow Early Access Programme, you agree to these terms.

Early Access is offered at our discretion. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Programme benefits, including complimentary access periods, may change with reasonable notice.

You may withdraw from the programme at any time by contacting us.

Beta software

AI Shift Handover and related Hospitality Flow services are provided during Early Access on a beta basis. Features may change, be added or removed without notice.

The service is provided to help hotel teams organise shift handovers. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before relying on it in daily operations.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Hospitality Flow lawfully and only for legitimate hotel operations. You must not:

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to use
• Upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content
• Reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the service
• Share access credentials with unauthorised individuals

Intellectual property

Hospitality Flow, the Hotel Brain, AI Shift Handover and all related branding, software and content remain the property of Hospitality Flow unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of the operational information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use that information solely to provide and improve the service.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, Hospitality Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta service.
